This is a behind-the-scenes powerhouse role — you’ll be: Filling water jugs + prepping buckets Processing fresh flowers like a pro Answering phones with a friendly voice Helping with deliveries (spreading flower joy!) Supporting designers + keeping our studio space in top shape If you're organized, have a good eye, love a to-do list, and don't flinch at a mess of stems and sparkle, this might be your floral calling.
